Return Policy

All returns must have an Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Returns without a valid RGA will be rejected. To obtain an RGA, please contact your Regional Sales Manager.

PAI will allow US Domestic and Canadian Distributors to return any unopened part within 60 days of purchase with no restocking fee (PAI Approval and valid RGA required). The Distributor will pay the return freight. Product over 60 days of purchase will be eligible for an annual return with prior written request and approval. Annual returns cap at 5% of previous years purchases and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. PAI Industries will designate what month each year the Distributor can return product. Products over 24 months old will not be eligible for the annual return. Broken case packs and opened product are not eligible. All product returned will be subject to inspection before credit is issued. Product returned to PAI but not eligible for credit will be returned at Distributors expense or destroyed with Distributors consent.
